Professor Richard James gave the Timoshenko Lecture at Stanford University

Richard James gave the Timoshenko Lecture at Stanford University. He presented recent
results on “Supercompatibility and the direct conversion of heat to electricity” which drew
on the research of present and former students and postdocs Sherry Chen, Vivek Dabade,
Hanlin Gu, Yintao Song,  Vijay Srivastava, Jerry Zhang and recent collaborations with
Profs. Bharat Jalan and Eckhard Quandt.
