Professor Graham Candler Gives Distinguished AIAA Dryden Lecture in Research, January 9, 2018

Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics Professor Graham Candler will be giving the distinguished Dryden Lecture in Research at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Science and Technology Forum and Exposition, also known as the AIAA SciTech Forum. This forum is one of five major forums the AIAA organizes.
Professor Candler’s lecture is titled “Advances in the Simulation of High-Speed Combustion Flows,” and will be given on January 9, 2018. The Dryden Lectureship in Research is named after former director of National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, Dr. Hugh L. Dryden. Dr. Dryden is well known for his emphasizing the value of research and research programs in aerospace. The lectureship recognizes the work that research scientists and engineers perform.
